  • GLITTERBAR STL entertainment services are reserved on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum

  • During the holiday season, between September and January 7th, the minimum is 3 hours

  • Travel fees may apply for bookings outside of the St. Louis area

  • If you are expecting more than 100 guests, we suggest booking two artists

  • Please complete the quote request form to receive a quote promptly

RESERVATIONS

  • To reserve a date and time for your event, we require a non-refundable down payment of $200. The balance is due 10 business days prior to the event.

  • All reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis

  • Once we receive your down payment, we will send you a Confirmation Email with all the details for your event

set up requirements

  • The only thing we require is an electrical outlet within 20 ft. and floor space.

  • GLITTERBAR STL provides their custom table setup and professional make up chairs.

  • For a one artist setup, we require an 8’ x 4’ area on flat, level ground.

  • For a two artist setup, we need a 11’ x 4’ area on flat, level ground.

Outdoor events

  • If this is an outside event, we require that our artists work under a porch covered or tented area, and on solid, dry, level ground.

  • The cover should provide protection from extreme temperatures, sun, rain, snow and excessive wind.

  • Tents should be STAKED and WEIGHED to avoid endangering artists or equipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if this requirement cannot be met. PLEASE have an alternate indoor location for us in the event of inclement weather.

WILL the glitter transfer to other parts of the venue?

  • We do not use loose glitter, so there is little if no spillage at all.
